Why we are different
People that have spent their lives in consulting are typically burned out, bored, frustrated, and tired of life on the road. They tend to be migratory over their careers either to improve their economic situation, level of responsibility, or simply a change of scenery. This, in turn, creates a challenging situation for the consulting firm to provide superior and consistent services to their customer base.
We seek to avoid that situation by creating a vision that puts more of a singular focus on the satisfaction of its employees by not considering them employees at all. They are owners.
