Why we are different

People that have spent their lives in consulting are typically burned out, bored, frustrated, and tired of life on the road.  They tend to be migratory over their careers either to improve their economic situation, level of responsibility, or simply a change of scenery.  This, in turn, creates a challenging situation for the consulting firm to provide superior and consistent services to their customer base. 

We seek to avoid that situation by creating a vision that puts more of a singular focus on the satisfaction of its employees by not considering them employees at all.  They are owners.

The mix of our company culture, basic business fundamentals, and leveraging a solution that focuses on simplicity are at the core of our value proposition.   A significantly reduced rate of attrition results in successful projects, happy customers, long-term recurring contracts, and financial performance that rewards the entire organization.

We believe that a key to any organization’s success is identifying clear and simple objectives that guide behavior and focus.  The cornerstones for all of our internal and external interactions:

• Integrity – No one is expected to always have the answers except in the areas of moral and ethical judgment.  We sleep well at night.
• Respect – Give it and earn it.
• Work Ethic – Everyone is expected to contribute to the success of our projects and demonstrate initiative.  Most importantly, we will have fun doing it!

This is simple stuff but it’s consistency of actions that will drive consistent results.
