Tier One Myth

Most, not all, small-to-medium businesses are not equipped to handle the burden placed upon them during Tier One ERP implementations.  Many believe that anything short of implementing one of the two or three major packages will leave their requirements inadequately met but this just isn’t the case.  In fact, many organizations experience cost overruns, buggy software, inflexible business transactions, shelves full of unused software, and severely burned out employees.
