You can designate certain permissions and user interface settings, reference a saved search, query a dataset, customize the name of your button, and specify the PDF template you want to use. You can also determine whether you want the information displayed on the record itself, on the list of records or both.

You can decide on access permissions via user, role or subsidiary levels. A subsidiary is a separate company within a global organization, which can be domestic or international. Subsidiaries have levels, and the parent level is the highest subsidiary in your account.

Once you've specified the dataset you want shown on your PDF, click on your customizable print button. A page will open showing you all the datasets you linked. Feel free to create a more advanced version of the PDF template to be more graphically rich.
